Our History
On-Site Certification was formed in August of 2018 to pursue a dream, a dream for founder James Basham to have a positive impact not only on the welding industry, but in the lives of those he interacts with. James has been in the Welding, Fabrication, Education, and Inspection industry for over 29 years.
Jenny Basham left the corporate world in June 2019 to spend more time with her family and to support James in his dream. Jenny has over 20 years of successful project management, system design, process improvement, data analysis, payroll and accounting experience and handles everything administrative in support of James. Jenny also works part-time for a local CPA firm and serves as Treasurer for a local non-profit.
Together, James and Jenny operate On-Site Certification and strive to make a positive impact in their community.
Mission Statement
On-Site Certification offers welding, fabrication, training, certification, and inspection services on a corporate as well as an individual level. Our services are available at the company's designated location or at the On-Site Certification Facility located in Waller, Texas. We are a family owned Limited Liability Company (LLC) with a passion to have a positive impact on our world. We base our values on Christian morals and teachings which provide a foundation for the structure and business model we choose to execute in all of our practices. We strive to maintain an environment which represents a spirit of excellence.
